Lousiana

Macon Ridge, Inc. in Ferriday, LA will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Innovative Housing and Economic Development grant in the amount of $202,400. This grant will be used to support a revolving loan fund and a homebuyer training program in the Lower Mississippi Delta. Partners and supporters for this venture include the USDA, Housing Assistance Council, LISC, Mid South Delta, Entergy and Progressive Bank. The target area for this project is the Lower Mississippi Delta Region.
