NOTE: This notice modifies the total available funding for these programs and the maximum amount of each grant award. Based on the enactment of the FY2011 HUD appropriations, approximately $95.5 million is available for the programs included in this NOFA. Of this amount, approximately $47.5 million is available for the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program and $48 million for the Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Grant Program. Of the amount available under the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program, HUD will award a grant for $3,100,000 in fiscal year 2011 funds to the City of Providence, 400 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903-3222, to resolve an issue of eligibility under the fiscal year 2010 Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program NOFA. This Notice also deletes all references that indicate the amount of funds is subject to enactment of FY2011 Appropriations or changes that may occur as a result.
