HUD Needs To Hear From You!
The 2004 HUD Resident Service and Satisfaction Survey has been scheduled for mailing to approximately one out of every four residents. If you receive a survey, please complete it and return it in the self-addressed, postage-paid envelope included with the survey by January 30, 2005.
The survey will be used to help HUD evaluate CMHA's performance and will help CMHA improve customer service in key areas such as management, maintenance and repair, building/estate issues, safety and social services. HUD needs your input, so please return your survey. If you know someone who needs assistance reading and responding to this survey, contact you LAC President or your Estate Manager.
