HUD Headquarters has formed a partnership with the Capital City Food Bank for the upcoming Thanksgiving season. Collection boxes for non-perishable items will be located in the North and South Lobbies through Friday, November 21.

Examples of the types of food items best suited for the drive are canned items including meat, tuna and salmon, vegetables and fruits, soups, peanut butter, cereals and rice, and non-food items such as deodorant, toilet paper, tissues, soap, toothpaste and shampoo.

We have so much for which to be thankful, and ask that you help those who are less fortunate.
