eGovernment Helps FHA Work Smarter
This exemplary practice, Electronic Special Property Inspections, is an internet-based system that is used to monitor the condition of HUD-owned real estate managed by contractors. Better known as "eSPI", the system provides an efficient method for staff to resolve property condition complaints from brokers, code enforcers and community residents.
