The Atlanta Homeownership Center and the Jacksonville Field Office Staff provide FHA Update Training for over 450 FHA Lenders and Real Estate Professionals in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola.

Lenders and Real Estate Professionals

On July 23 through 25, 2006, staff from the Atlanta HOC and Jacksonville Office collaborated to provide Lenders and Real Estate Professionals with the current FHA changes and how the changes applied to them. The FHA program and the proposed, "Expanding American Homeownership Act of 2006" were met with great enthusiasm. Over 450 Lenders and Real Estate Professionals indicated their strong support of the "New FHA" program and look forward to an expanded relationship.
