Indianapolis FPM staff partnered with community planning and development (CPD) staff, public housing staff, and multifamily staff to promote energy conservation for the Change a Light Change the World initiative. Management of Amber Woods Cooperative in Indianapolis provided breakfast and door prizes for residents to encourage them to attend the session. Indianapolis Power and Light provided two compact fluorescent lights for each attendee. Following the distribution of lights at the cooperative, HUD and IPL staff distributed lights to two elderly housing complexes, Cedar Commons and Jackson-Peoples Senior Living Center.
