On Palm Sunday, April 1, 2007, Willis E. Sly, Director of the Indianapolis Multifamily ProgramCenter, spoke at a groundbreaking with over two hundred church members and community leaders, for the Tom Garrott Benjamin, Jr., Senior Living Center, a new 50 units 202 elderly community. Light of the World Christian Church is the sponsor for this four million dollar plus facility on their campus on a hill of this Church and they believe that it is a continuation of miracles at the site. The project was funded in January of 2006.
