Atlanta HUD Regional Director Bob Young was the keynote speaker on behalf of the Department at Habitat's Homeownership Month event in Vero Beachon June 16, 2007 - a house dedication in Grace Woods Subdivision, where he recognized two new homeowner families. He also toured Habitat's HomeCenterrestore, office, warehouse, RV Care-A-Vanner campground and visited Grace Grove, a new build site, where future dedications will be held. SHOP funds from HUD were central to the development of infrastructure at the site of the event (Grace Woods). SHOP funds also have been used at the subdivision where the future house dedications will be held that Mr. Young also took a tour of (Grace Grove).
