On May 3, 2007, thanks in part to the American Dream Downpayment Initiative, Lisa Wilson and her three small children became first-time homeowners of a 1,600 square foot newly constructed home in Mckeesport, PA. Ms. Wilson was a participant in the Mckeesport Housing Authority's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program since 01/01/1999.

The Wilson's new home is the first of ten (10) new homes to be built as a result of the Blueprint Communities Initiative, which is located in the City of McKeesport's Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA).
