The Chicago HUD Field Office, Southwest Women Working Together, Inc. (SWWT) and Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) are pictured at the grant signing to Transfer Granteeship from SWWT to CCHC. Because of upraising issues that SWWT incurred, the organization could not continue to maintain its programs. In an agreement with the Chicago HUD Field Office, Christian Community Health Center, located at: 9718 S. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois, agreed to take over the programs of SWWT and provide the services SWWT’s participants so greatly needed.
