MEMORANDUM FOR: Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Grantees

SUBJECT: Change in NSP Specialist Assignments

This bulletin identifies assignment changes in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), for all three grants (NSP1, NSP2 and NSP3).

Overall management of the NSP grants remains with Wayne Itoga. Hoshang Bhadha and Elliot Olaniyan comprise the NSP Specialist team.
