Region VI Recovery Act Honor Roll

The Logansport Housing Authority completed all proposed ARRA activity in January 2010. Obligating 100% of their ARRA funds by October 8, 2009, the housing authority utilized $46,682 in ARRA funds to perform the comprehensive renovation of a long-standing vacant and uninhabitable unit in their Marie Street development. Completely renovated with new bath, kitchen and light fixtures, flooring, painting and kitchen cabinets, the unit was leased on January 20, 2010, adding to the stock of affordable housing in Logansport and providing a home to a new family. All funds have been expended.
