The annual Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) Conference was held March 22 and 23 at the La Vista Conference Center, La Vista, Nebraska. With over 449 community leaders and housing partners from across Nebraska and the country in attendance, this was an excellent forum to discuss and spur new and innovative housing options for cities throughout the state.

The conference featured 26 exhibitors, 28 sessions across five tracks, which included the subjects of Single Family, Multifamily, Technical Assistance and Housing the Homeless.

Bruce Ladd, HUD's Deputy Regional Administrator (DRA) for Region VII and Aggie Gutierrez, HUD's Region VII Public Affairs Specialist were in attendance along with Field Office Director (FOD) Earl Redrick and Field Policy and Management staff from the Omaha office.
