HUD Albany senior staff member Robert Signoracci joined Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri, Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, and a host of State and local leaders at the recent grand opening of Johnson Park Apartments V in the Cornhill section of Utica. The two residential buildings at 148 West Street and 210-212 Arthur Street were renovated using funds from HUD's CDBG and CoC programs and will provide supportive housing to needy families and individuals. The renovations were spearheaded by the Reverend Dr. Maria Scates and the JPC Green Community Project.
