If you haven't noticed, the Buffalo Field Office staff has grown very close to the Buffalo Chapter of Habitat for Humanity by volunteering their time and construction skills to the well-known and highly regarded nonprofit group. The Buffalo Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, located on Kensington Avenue, is appreciative of HUD's contribution to the organization and looks forward to continuing to partner with the HUD staff for years to come. HUD staff from Multi-Family Housing, FPM and CPD have enjoyed working with the Habitat staff and showing off their handyman (and woman!) skills for the fifth time this fiscal year. Buffalo Field Office Director Joan Spilman thanked the volunteers saying, "You represent HUD and this office so well; and your work is so important to families who are trying to provide peace and stability for their children."
