Two Regional Staff Selected for Leadership Development Training

Jaime Forero, Albany Field Office Director and Ventura Simmons, Supervising Attorney

Region II congratulates Jaime Forero, Director of the Albany Field Office, and Ventura Simmons, Supervising Attorney in the Office of Regional Counsel on their selection for prestigious leadership development opportunities. Mr. Forero participated in the Senior Executive Fellows Program at Harvard's Kennedy School in October and November, receiving five weeks of accelerated coursework and instruction at one of the nation's most respected universities. Mr. Simmons was selected for the Senior Executive Service Development Program, and will receive four weeks of training in Washington, DC as well as four months of detail assignment to prepare him for SES positions. These two outstanding leaders were among eleven recognized for their leadership potential in a recent email from Deputy Secretary Nani Coloretti, and they continue to make Region II proud with their commitment to excellence and public service.
