Resources for Homebuyers: FHA and HUD Housing Counseling

In collaboration with the FHA Philadelphia Homeownership Center and the Office of Housing Counseling, the HUD New York Regional Office hosted a webinar to guide homebuyers through the purchasing process. HUD Senior Management Analyst Earleene Sealy hosted the webinar, which provided valuable information on HUD FHA loans and HUD Housing Counseling. Participants came away with helpful tools and resources that can put them on the path to homeownership.

FHA Homeownership Center's Eric McDowel, Single Family Program Advisor in the Philadelphia Homeownership Center, provided information on loans. Jerrold H. Mayer, HUD Office of Housing Counseling Outreach & Capacity Building Director, provided guidance and tools to assist homebuyers and renters.

Earleene Sealy hosted the webinar on Microsoft Teams. HUD New York Regional Office Executive Assistant Angelique Urbina assisted with the Teams meeting. The webinar was available to Region II staff and residents in New York and New Jersey.
