With the assistance of $800,000 of HUD's HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds, Brandon Heights Apartments provides affordable housing for 32 families in Brandon, South Dakota.

The project, sponsored by St. Joseph Catholic Housing recently had a blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony. It officially opened in September and was fully occupied within a month.

St. Joseph Catholic Housing provides affordable housing in 10 cities throughout eastern South Dakota. Their properties include 976 units in 22 different complexes within those 10 cities.
