The Little Rock Continuum of Care covers the City of Little Rock and Pulaski County. on-profit homeless assistance providers, State and local government agencies, and homeless and formerly homeless persons were involved in the Development of the Continuum of Care which was guided by the Little Rock Interagency Council on the Homeless. Key elements of the Continuum of Care are: (1) housing and services for homeless persons including those with mental illness and/or chronic substance abuse, persons with HIV/AIDS, victims of domestic violence, and veterans, (2) establish a shared data system to improve coordination and delivery of services, (3) expand community involvement and forge partnerships with providers, advocates, and housing developers to strengthen and maintain a full spectrum of housing options.
