Single Family Processing Center Teams

Brief Description
As a result of the Team's efforts, endorsement processing work that used to take 4-6 weeks for a response now takes a few days, saving business partners $1,000,000 in transaction costs. The new center located in Denver processes Single Family mortgage insurance endorsements and will ultimately do so for 17 current field offices. Fort Worth became the first office that moved its routine, location neutral endorsement processing work to Denver enabling its own staff to move more quickly from process-oriented tasks to results-oriented tasks that more directly serve its customers.
