This exemplary practice is an example of HUD employees utilizing new technology to improve management oversight of programs that face increased workloads and diminishing staff. Messrs. Knight and Druch developed a system to combine all SWONAP databases into one, thus streamlining the management information process. This single database operation has been fully implemented in all ONAP offices including Headquarters.
