Questions and Answers
- Question: What is the anticipated date for the Section
202 selections to be announced?
Answer: The Department anticipates that the selections
should be announced by June 30, 2010.
- Question: My site control option met the requirements
of the NOFA but expires on May 13, 2010, what should I do?
Answer: In order to make sure that you still have a site
under control, you should execute your renewal clause to extend
the option.
