  - On September 20, 2010, HUD posted the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Programs for Fiscal Year 2010. This notice (technical correction) corrects Appendix A of the NOFA, the List of Counties Defined as Rural for the FY2010 Selection Criteria. The deadline for submission of applications remains November 18, 2010.
