This technical correction announces that HUD has posted a technical
correction on Grants.gov that corrects the form that is to be
used in responding to a rating factor. The instruction download
package at www.Grants.gov
included Form_HUD96013 instead of Form_HUD96016. As a result,
the instruction package is revised to replace Form_HUD96013 with
Form_HUD96016. The Deadline Date for Submission and Timely Receipt
