      1. Match Waiver Request. The match waiver request is extended from 5:00 p.m. eastern time September 21, 2010 to 5:00 p.m. eastern time October 13, 2010.
      2. Deadline Date for Submission and Timely Receipt is extended from 11:59:59 p.m. eastern time October 15,2010 to 11 :59:59 p.m. eastern time November 4,2010.


    • B. For all Other Jurisdictions Eligible to Apply for Funding under the Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration Program: The deadline for receipt of an application is extended from 11:59:59 eastern time October 15, 2010 to 11:59:59 p.m. eastern time October 22, 2010.
    • C. For all jurisdictions eligible under the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program (CFDA number 14.900): There is no change to the deadline date for submission and timely receipt. The original deadline for receipt of an application for that grant program remains at 11:59:59 p.m. eastern time October 15, 2010.

    This technical correction announces that HUD has posted a technical correction on Grants.gov that corrects the form that is to be used in responding to a rating factor. The instruction download package at www.Grants.gov included Form_HUD96013 instead of Form_HUD96016. As a result, the instruction package is revised to replace Form_HUD96013 with Form_HUD96016. The Deadline Date for Submission and Timely Receipt remains unchanged at 11:59:59 p.m. eastern time November 8, 2010.
