Based on the enactment of the FY2011 HUD appropriations, approximately $13.3 million is available for the program included in this NOFA and approximately seven grants will be awarded. This Notice also deletes all references that indicate the amount of funds is subject to enactment of FY2011 Appropriations or changes that may occur as a result.
