The Sanctuary Apartments is funded under the Section 202 Supportive Housing program. This 60-unit project located in Fort Collins Colorado was completed in July of 2004 and is sponsored by Volunteers of America. Designed for the low-income elderly, this project is characterized by very efficient floor plans, energy conscious design solutions and quality site amenities. It is comprised of eleven one-story four-plex and six-plex buildings. There are 59 one-bedroom/one-bath apartment units, and one two-bedroom/one-bath manager's apartment. The complex also includes a community room with party kitchen, television lounge and laundry facility.

If you have questions about developing a Section 202 Supportive Housing project, please contact Ms. Cynthia Lightner, Senior Project Manager.
