AFFORDABLE HOUSING EVENT FEATURES HUD's ASSISTANT SECRETARY WILLIAMS

Dr. Darlene F.  Williams, Assistant Secretary of Policy Development and Research, U.S.  Housing and Urban
 
  Development (HUD) will speak at the Affordable Housing Week  Housing Stars Breakfast organized by Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., local  housing partners, and HUD.
Dr. Williams  will discuss the need for affordable housing, how to be more involved to  creating affordable housing,
 
  and the call for educating Americans to achieve  the American Dream of Homeownership. The  Affordable Housing
 
  Week awards breakfast will be held in the Nautilus Ballroom  at the Aquarium in Denver, Colorado, on Friday, June 8
 
  at 8:00 am. The keynote speech will be followed by awards  for leadership within the Affordable Housing community. The breakfast at the Aquarium is the  culmination of a week-long series of events to  raise awareness of the need
 
  and availability of affordable housing in metro Denver.
