HUD REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR GROUNDBREAKING
DENVER - Rick M. Garcia, Regional Administrator, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will join officials and residents living at the Residences at Franklin Park to break ground on a HUD insured multi-million dollar project Friday, April 29, 2011. Plans to feature sustainable improvements for the low and modest-income seniors and mobility impaired adults will be featured at 2:00 p.m.
HUD Regional Administrator Garcia will join American Baptist Homes of the Midwest (ABHM), along with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and Central States Development, LLC at the 38-year-old campus.
