St. Paul's Commons, a new affordable housing development, was dedicated on October 20, 2015, in Bridgeport, CT. Located near the Beardsley Park Zoo, and replacing obsolete buildings, the project is helping to revitalize the East Side and provide more housing for low- to moderate-income families.

The property features 16 one-bedroom units for seniors over the age of fifty-five. Twelve units are reserved for supportive service needs. Each unit has energy efficient appliances and laundry facilities with a shared community garden, courtyards, on-site parking, bus routes, grocery stores, banks, mail room, restaurants and shops.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) contributed $700,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships program funds in constructions costs. Additional funding was provided by the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and the State Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD).

St Paul's Common will be a part of a larger campus which when completed will have a total of 56 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in 5 newly constructed buildings - all within walking distance in the same neighborhood.
