Several North Florida community leaders and organizations gathered at the Tommy Oliver stadium in Panama City on April 10th for a Survivor Rally for Bay County.

Food trucks, live music, guidance from spiritual leaders of several faiths, local services and information on resources lined-up, under the coordination of the organization Rebuild Bay County, to offer help and words of encouragement to survivors of Hurricane Michael after the turmoil they have experienced.

"Part of recovery and healing is to know that hope is possible," said Ann Wing, of Big Bend Community Based Care. "We are hoping through this event, and the messages relayed tonight, that folks will take away that recovery is possible for us."
