The Dwellings Tiny homes and supportive services fight homelessness in Tallahassee

The Dwellings is providing 103 tiny homes and supportive services to fight homelessness and help solve the affordable housing crisis in Tallahassee.

The Dwellings continues to grow. On December 6th, the City of Tallahassee celebrated the completion of more homes, reaching house number 103 of their community. Part of what makes The Dwellings special are the supportive services offered to address homelessness, not only with affordable housing, but with job training, health services and economic opportunities.

The unit sizes are 190-420 square feet and they are fully furnished with all appliances. Starting its third year of operations, 27 new tiny homes are expected to be built in 2020 for its final phase.
