Governor's Terrace Grand Opening

Governor's Terrace, a Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly project, held a Grand Opening Ceremony to celebrate the completion of this 49-unit facility located in Forest Park, a suburb of Atlanta. The facility was developed using a Section 202 capital advance in the amount of $2,982,500. All 49 units were pre-leased prior to opening.

Speakers included The Honorable Charles Hall, Mayor, City of Forest Park; C. Crandle Bray, Chairman, Clayton County Board of Commissioners; Joseph F. Glenn, President of Broadway Towers, Inc., sponsor; Cissy Watson, Chairman, ManSerMar, Inc.; as well as Robert Reavis and Brenda Mull of the Atlanta Multifamily Hub.
