Ko'oloa'ula Phase II affordable rental project was dedicated and blessed in early April, 2017.

Comprised of 188 apartments, Ko'oloa'ula was designed to accommodate the housing needs of larger, multi-generational families. This 308-unit complex of two and three-story townhouses first opened its doors in April 2013 and offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units along with space for community gatherings and a Learning Center.

Located in the rapidly growing "Second City" of Kapolei in West O'ahu, residents have access to the new University of Hawai'i - West O'ahu, area resorts and growth opportunities in businesses.

Phase II is a partnership with non-profit developer Mutual Housing Assistance of Hawaii, City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii Housing Finance & Development Corporation and HUD. HUD has $2,000,000 in HOME funds in Phase II. Ko'oloa'ula residents are families earning 60% and below of area median income.
