Make Over at Maple Grove

Maple Grove Apartments is a Public Housing development located in Wabasha, Minnesota in beautiful southeastern Minnesota. The three-story development was built in 1974 but was recently remodeled using HUD Capital Fund dollars. Capital Funds are used to improve the living environment of Public Housing developments. The Southeast Minnesota Multi-County Housing Authority manages Maple Grove and is awarded Capital Funds on an annual basis.
