Their loan is now insured under HUD's Section 223(f) mortgage insurance program. The Omaha HUD Multifamily Program Center teamed up with the Omaha HUD Legal Division this month to refinance a loan valued at $9,539,000. The project was proposed to allow the Orpheum Tower Apartments to be updated and repaired at a cost of $1,000,718.

They are centered in the heart of downtown Omaha. The Orpheum Tower Apartments are located at 405 South 16th Street.

The 16 story building consists of 132 living units, ranging from 465 sq. feet, up to 1,075 sq. feet. People have over 20 floor plans to choose from. Residents can enjoy a variety of luxuries and amenities, including 11 ft. ceilings, walk-in closets, and private parking.

The Orpheum Tower Apartments also feature original marbling throughout the structure, making the building worthy of its spot in the National Historic Registry.
