Omaha Learns to Restore and Revive the City

On March 2, 2013, Omaha Field Office Director Earl Redrick was a guest speaker at the 2013 Restore Omaha Conference and Exhibition in Omaha, NE. The 2013 Conference and Exhibition began with a Friday night reception. It was followed the next day by a conference featuring a national keynote speaker. There were a wide assortment of demonstrations and break-out sessions. At closing was a Restoration Jam during where property owners highlighted their restoration projects.

It is now in its eighth year. Restore Omaha has become the place for current and potential owners of older properties to learn from local and regional experts. Folks learn about how to restore, revive and preserve their home or business. 1,123 people participated in Restore Omaha's activities in 2012.
