Boasting 276 units; Royalwood on the Green is refinanced under the Department's 223(f) program. The community is located in the heart of West Omaha (generally an untapped area of the city for HUD housing programs), and some of its features include a fitness center, basketball courts, a swimming pool, oversized closets and an accessible design.
