HUD Omaha Closes Loan on Assisted Living Facility in Lincoln

On Thursday, January 30, 2014 the HUD Omaha Legal Division closed a $4,089,100 loan. It is a 223(f) mortgage insurance program loan for the Waterford at College View assisted living facility.

The facility is located in Lincoln, Nebraska and consists of 56 assisted living beds. It boasts a 1.9 acre lot consisting of three buildings.

The loan will refinance existing debt, support repairs to the facility and will also reduce risk to HUD's Insurance Fund.
