HUD Participates in Annual Baright Shelter Education and Jobs Fair

Community Organization Volunteers Exhibit at the Baright Men's Shelter Annual Education and Jobs Fair

On Friday, April 13, HUD's Andrew Burgin-Anton participated in the Education and Jobs Fair held at the Baright Men's Shelter in Omaha, Nebraska. Bringing local resources to one, easily accessible place has proved to be very effective. 

With approximately 10 booths on site to discuss education and employment opportunities, local homeless men and women were able to obtain an abundance of information and opportunities in a single afternoon.

HUD's Omaha Field Office staff discussed future housing options and provided additional resources befitting specific situations.
