Newark Multifamily Housing Director Wins Prestigious Award

Congratulations to Newark Multifamily Housing Director Walter Kreher, who received the National Affordable Housing Management Association's award as outstanding Industry Partner for furthering excellence in affordable housing and maintaining high industry standards. Walter was recognized for his compassion for tenants, owners and managers, and for being instrumental in establishing the New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association (JAHMA), and assisting in the formation of both the Pennsylvania-Delaware AHMA and the New York AHMA.
