One major hurdle in the region is the lack of capacity of health care providers able and willing to accept the large anticipated growth in Medicaid-eligible patients is insufficient. At the conclusion of the discussion the group agreed to follow up on a list of proposed suggestions to resolve some of the identified issues.

Ryan Okahara, Acting Las Vegas Field Office Director and his administrative staff, Mimi Woodruff, joined Secretary Donovan. They participated in this important Affordable Care Act roundtable.
