The New York Regional Office, with the able coordination of the OCHCO summer interns, just recently delivered over 140 lbs of food to the Food Bank for New York City's summer drive, a non-profit group devoted to helping the needy. While prizes were offered to staff for their contributions, most gave anonymously, caring more about giving than receiving. The top program contributors were the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), the Office of Hospital Programs (OHP), and the Office of Architecture & Engineering (OAE). August is the last month of this year's food drive, so the New York Office is making one last inspirational push to see if they could break its July record.
