New York Hub Director Teresa Bainton was just honored by United Hebrew of New Rochelle by receiving its 2013 Community Service Award for "outstanding commitment and devotion to the welfare of the Westchester Community" on June 5, 2013. HUD has had a long-standing relationship with United Hebrew and its campus in New Rochelle by providing FHA mortgage insurance under the 232 Program for the Willow Towers Assisted Living Facility and the United Geriatric Center Nursing Facility. United Hebrew has also received two Section 202 grants for its elderly residences, and is working on another Section 232 Assisted Living Facility.
