Housing Fair Examines Storm Effects

The Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association will have a housing information fair geared especially toward homeowners affected by the May 8-9 tornadoes from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, in the Regal Room of the Association's building at 625 NW Grand Blvd. More than 30 booths will be set up to provide information.

Those participating include the Federal Emergency Management Agency, HUD, the City of Choctaw, the City of Midwest City, the Oklahoma County Tax Assessor's Office, the Oklahoma Lumbermen's Association, home designers, mortgage lenders, state insurance officials, structural engineers, home builders, developers, remodelers and storm shelter providers.
