Siskiyou Subdivision Construction Funding for this Ashland project included Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Self-Help Home Ownership Program (SHOP) funds.

Springfield, OR (L) Fairhaven Subdivision features 14 affordable homes in an innovative cluster subdivision. (R) The Royal Building, in the heart of downtown, utilized CDBG and HOME funds to build 33 affordable rental units with ground floor commercial space.
