to Adoption of Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness

Philadelphia's Task Force on Homeless Service recently endorsed Philadelphia's Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness. "Creating Homes, Strengthening Communities, and Improving Systems" is the culmination of several months work by more than 100 interested Philadelphians that kicked off under Mayor John F. Street's direction. Pedro A. Ramos, Philadelphia's Managing Director and Sister Mary Scullion, Executive Director of Project H.O.M.E. presented the plan to the task force.
