New housing for seniors in San Juan

Starting August 2015, more than 100 low income elderly persons in San Juan will be able to move into brand new housing.

Plaza Gran Victoria is conveniently located in the Ponce de León Avenue, within minutes to "la Placita de Santurce". This 98-unit development has common areas, laundry and a gym. The roof will provide space for a terrace and an activities room. Each unit will have energy-saving appliances and LED lights.

Financing for Plaza Gran Victoria include $3.2 million in HOME funds and $10.2 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Low-income persons, 60 years of age and older can apply. Final eligibility will be determined by the Puerto Rico Department of Housing.
