South Carolina Partners in Homeownership
Sign Blueprint for the American Dream

In support of the President's initiative to expand minority homeownership across the nation by 5.5 million by the end of the decade, the South Carolina Partners in Homeownership gathered in Columbia on June 18, 2003, to sign The Blueprint for the American Dream. The South Carolina Partners represent over 40 public agencies, private sector organizations and businesses working together to expand affordable homeownership in the state.

HUD's Southeast/Caribbean Deputy Regional Director Sharron Kelly and Columbia Field Office Director William D. Gregorie gave an overview of the President's Initiative and the Secretary's Blueprint for the American Dream. Also present were Angelo Scioscia and program directors from the Columbia Field Office. The Blueprint was signed by over 26 organizations, including:
