FHASecure - Helping Homeowners Avoid Foreclosure
Many homeowners throughout the country face losing their home to foreclosure, as their adjustable-rate mortgages reset to higher interest rates and their payments skyrocket. To help these families stay in their homes, FHA will allow families with strong credit histories who had been making timely mortgage payments before their loans reset - but are now in default - to qualify for refinancing.
